Witnes is a journalling and documentation tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or clinical service. Nothing generated by Witnes constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Using the service

• You must be 18 or over to use Witnes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
• You may not use Witnes to store or share content that is illegal or harmful to others.
• One account per person.

Your content

You own your journal entries. We do not sell them or use them for advertising. Your entries are processed by AI to generate summaries — this happens transiently and is not used to train AI models.

Service availability

We aim to keep Witnes available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Do not substitute professional advice

You must not use Witnes as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concern. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read or generated in this app.

Limitation of liability

Witnes is provided "as is". Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts you have paid us in the 12 months immediately before the claim, or (b) £50. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
